- Develop and maintain metrics to measure quality performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is integrated into all aspects of the business.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, quality assurance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a team of quality specialists.
- Strong knowledge of quality systems and processes, including ISO 13485 and FDA regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
