Job Responsibilities

  • Critical Client Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with high-profile clients by delivering exceptional customer service.
  • End-to-End Onboarding Management: Collaborate with internal teams to manage onboarding processes, meeting SLA's and data quality expectations.
  • Client Education and Meetings: Partner with sales teams and lead meetings with clients to facilitate onboarding discussions and educate on data reporting procedures.
  • Efficiency Improvement and Escalation: Identify and implement methods to enhance efficiency in onboarding, reporting quality, and accuracy, while escalating appropriate items to senior team members.
  • Regular Reporting and Data Analysis: Provide regular reports to senior management on client support requests, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven Track Record: Seasoned professional with at least 5 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably with high-profile clients.
  • Collaborative Customer Service Expertise: Displays exceptional collaborative customer service and/or relationship building expertise.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Demonstrates creative and analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address client issues effectively.
  • Strong English Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills with keen attention to detail.
