As a **Senior FPNA (Financial Planning & Analysis) Analyst**, you will play a critical role in facilitating change and improvement both within finance and in the operations supported.
The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of finance, and business analysis, with a strong focus on driving process improvements, automation, standardization, and business process management (BPM).
Key Responsibilities
- Developing financial forecasts that are consistent with the business objectives of the organization.
- Conduct varying levels of analysis, advice, and financial information to operational business groups to drive the business decision-making process and cost reduction opportunities.
- Perform budget reviews to different levels of management to improve financial business decisions
- Provide Financial analysis support for ad-hoc strategy project
Requirements
- Licenciate or master's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of related practical experience in financial roles.
- 2+ years of experience on Financial Analysis, Budgeting & Planning, forecasting and business modeling.
- Advanced English level
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Macros, and Queries.
- Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.
