Customer Service Representative

**Key Responsibilities**
- Execute the order entry process for MSD products as per received instructions
- Process State license validation and block release
- Validate and process Credit/Debit/Return notes for customers as required
- Guarantee that all keyed information follows the established guidelines present in the corresponding Work Instructions for each attainable process
- Meet internal Service Level agreements, quality standards and daily volume in a satisfactory manner
- Identify and propose process improvement through daily problem resolution
- Collaborate with various MSD organizations to resolve process and/or technical issues across multiple ERP systems
- Properly and effectively report issues that cannot be resolved real time
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values and standards of ethics and integrity
- Effectively manage and prioritize workload efficiently and accurately while maintaining a positive customer service culture
**Requirements**
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in finance, accounting, or customer service department of a multinational company
- Business Level fluency (oral and written) in Spanish and English languages
- Advanced college degree
- Basic to Intermediate PC skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Works effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, under pressure, and with a high degree of professionalism
- Team player with a focus on collaboration and goal achievement
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organization skills
- Proven commitment to educational and professional development
- Possess a high degree of integrity and personal ethics in implementing corporate policies and procedures
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Pharmaceutical industry experience
- Customer Service Experience
- Experience using SAP
- Portuguese Language
