Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to improve manufacturing efficiency, productivity, and quality.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and technologies.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to address them.
- Maintain and improve existing processes and equipment to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
- A bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Maintenance) or a related field.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
