You'll collaborate with other IT functions, businesses, and technical teams to design solutions for complex problems and understand end-to-end business processes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Understanding business processes and service needs and provide guidance to the client and to ServiceNow technical resources in the implementation of the to-be processes.
  • Collaborate with other IT functions, businesses, and technical teams to design solutions for complex problems and understands end-to-end business processes.
  • Designs and develops end-to-end solutions in ServiceNow: integration, data migration strategies, and tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5 years of ServiceNow experience.
  • Hands-on development experience with SOAP, RESTful API, scripting with ServiceNow.
  • Solid understanding of the overall ServiceNow platform integrations, development, implementation, JavaScript, UI policies, UI action, workflow, business rule, client script.
  • Experience with ServiceNow development tools including Studio, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
