Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Program Lead to manage the integration of our newly acquired countries or existing countries entities onto Amazon payroll.
This position is responsible for supporting expansions mergers and acquisition activity for our LATAM region.
The successful candidate will have experience managing complex projects, interacting with various stakeholders, and delivering high-quality, scalable payroll solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the effective and efficient delivery of large, complex payroll integration projects.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to meet business requirements.
- Foster constructive and proactive communication across organizational boundaries.
- Create, maintain and disseminate project status, roadmaps, and documentation to stakeholders.
- Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Program Management experience in a related industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related financial field.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope technical requirements and prioritize tasks.
- Prior experience with Payroll Program Management.
