This role involves driving and delivering support with compensation related topics, ensuring seamless execution of compensation plans for the sales field. Strong communication skills are essential to connect with business partners and stakeholders worldwide to resolve cases, analysis, etc.
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is mandatory, along with 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Business Operations. Your expertise in MS Excel, particularly pivots and intermediate level formulas, will be vital in data analysis and report creation.
You will work closely with VMware internal organizations to gather input on cases/scenarios and resolve compensation issues. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to the success of Sgf Global's Sales Operations team.
