Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning Manager to join our team in Mexico. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting management activities, including training, evaluations, hiring, disciplinary actions, and termination of team members. Additionally, they will conduct analysis of Citi's financial performance, generate flash results/highlights of analytics for Board of Directors' reports and Executive Management reports, and participate in Quarterly Competitor Reviews.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct analysis of Citi's/Citi's competitors' financial performance
  2. Generate flash results/highlights of analytics for Board of Directors' reports and Executive Management reports
  3. Participate in Quarterly Competitor Reviews, Quarterly Annotated Supplement, and Quarterly Investment Reports
  4. Develop and coordinate performance reporting/processes; reviews results against plans monthly
  5. Oversee the estimation of risk capital and incorporate results into management reports and decision processes
  6. Provide advice to internal clients on the implications of business trends, issues, operating environment changes, and firm/business unit strategy
  7. Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision
  8. Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy
  9. Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members
  10. Ability to manage teams

Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent knowledge/experience in financial planning and analysis
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated presentation skills
  • Demonstrated analytical skills
  • Demonstrated organizational and project management skills
  • Advanced English

Education:

Bachelor's Degree/University degree or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred
