**Technical Support Specialist Role at Equifax Overview:**

We are seeking a Customer Service Technology Associate to provide technical assistance to our internal associates for their various devices.

This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Offer remote technical support to our organization's internal users.

- Document technical issues and solutions in our Support tool.

- Communicate unresolved issues effectively to the next level of support with detailed troubleshooting documentation.

- Contribute to creating troubleshooting guides and runbooks.

- Possess excellent communication and writing skills, as well as a willingness to learn new technologies.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

- Completion of Technical High School within the last year.

- Proficiency in both English and Spanish (B2 level).

**Differentiation Opportunities:**

- Holding CompTIA A+ or Microsoft certification is desirable but not mandatory.
