At Sgf Global, we are seeking a skilled Intake and Prioritization Process Manager to lead our efforts in streamlining our request management process.
**Key Responsibilities**:
We are looking for an individual who can understand the strategic value of our intake and prioritization effort and how it supports our business goals. The ideal candidate will support overall program deliverables and tasks with our intake and prioritization team and Senior Director of Operations in alignment with achieving program goals.
The selected candidate will proactively analyze and test our interim solution for gaps, issues, and improvement opportunities. They will meet with stakeholders to provide timely program status, completion of program goals, and mitigation plans for any identified issues and risks.
Our ideal candidate will gather feedback and change requests, analyze impact, and provide recommendations on process changes to the intake and prioritization team and Senior Director of Operations when necessary.
They will partner with our Learning, Metrics, and Analytics (LMA) contact to modify our Summary Report as needed and work with the intake and prioritization team to determine, schedule, and support training sessions.
The selected candidate will support each group responsible for intake and prioritization of requests as it relates to reviewing requests scoring and identified prioritization conflicts.
With our I&P leads, they will manage the framework and process of escalating prioritization scenarios requiring senior leadership decisions, including summary templates, coaching of presenting information, supporting scoring model data, and key data to make prioritization decisions.
They will create, revise, and maintain a library of supporting training materials as necessary and send regular clear communications to relevant stakeholders.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent knowledge of program management and change management principles
- Proven experience planning, creating, and deploying successful operations processes, streamlining processes, and/or process improvements
- Ability to maneuver between strategic and tactical
- Adept at understanding, managing, and interpreting assorted data sets
- Ability to translate high-level business needs and objectives into streamlined processes
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software (Smartsheet, Tableau, etc.) is a strong advantage
- Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in order to initiate, lead, manage, and conduct project activities, handle conflict resolution, and drive consensus with a variety of management levels and disciplines
- Ability to manage multiple project workstreams simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail and follow-up
- Work efficiently both independently and in collaboration with the team
