- Technical Competencies
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or other relevant degree OR 4 years of experience in lieu of degree.

- 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, TA, HR, or other relevant experience (sales, operational, leadership).
- Experience in project coordination or proven ability to manage multiple competing tasks.
- Experience using ERP systems (e.g., PeopleSoft/Workday).
- Experience using applicant tracking systems.
- Experience using MS Office Applications.
- Experience with behavioral interviewing.
- Experience consulting with and influencing hiring managers.
- Experience with US recruiting cycle.
