Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
Manage on-site and in-country marketing campaigns to provide commercial, project and pre-determined informational/marketing packages and details to prospects, brokers and all qualified interested parties. Coordinate with the JLL regional marketing team on outbound or out of market/country marketing and commercial strategies. Develop and implement prospecting/lead generation campaigns all the way to developing client relationships.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Bi-lingual Span/Eng, or at a minimum strong English skills as a second language. Previous RE Experience is helpful but not a prerequisite. Additional Attributes include personable, presentable, eager, willing to take on a wide-array of tasks, self-motivated, persistent, resilient, availability to travel, tech savvy/tech interest, knowledgeable in chatGPT and other AI (or willingness to learn).
