**Role Summary**

 

The Intercompany USAC Inbound Analyst will be responsible for managing intercompany orders and transactions, collaborating with various stakeholders, and providing accurate data to support communication between 3M international subsidiaries and ship locations.

 

Key Accountabilities

 

  • Manage intercompany orders (inbound or outbound) transactions to ensure timely export or import of Intercompany transactions.
  • Collaborate with source of supply locations, BG/division supply chain, Enterprise Operations, 3M Subsidiaries, Master Data, and 3PL/freight forwarders to execute transactions following export rules and regulations.
  • Provide accurate data, including product availability, order status, expedites, etc., to support communication between 3M international subsidiaries and ship locations.
  • Follow up on escalations, delays, shipment discrepancies, invoice issues, system and data errors, and transportation issues.
  • Support Salesforce inquiries and ensure timely completion of Customer Feedback Resolution data for subsidiary partners.
  • Identify opportunities to improve and participate in continuous improvements initiatives (Lean Six Sigma).
  • Proactively resolve problems and complete assigned tasks within SLA targets.
  • Support Intercompany, Plant & Country ERP deployments and actively participate in relevant corporate programs/initiatives.

 

Requirements and Qualifications

 

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of University/College Education.
  • Intermediate English skills, written and verbal.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and/or Transportation.
  • SAP Experience preferred.
  • Self-motivated, fast learner willing-to-learn.
  • High client service, quality oriented, and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Advanced English level: B2/C1.
