About the Role

As a key member of Medtronic's Supply Chain Team in Costa Rica, you will play a crucial role in executing focused supply chain solutions that support business objectives. This includes supply planning, inventory management, and project management. You will work in conjunction with your manager to drive these initiatives forward.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical and planning skills, with the ability to create integrated processes among internal functions and outside suppliers. Experience in supply or distribution planning is highly desirable, as is knowledge of SAP, Power BI, Lean Six Sigma, or APICS.

You will be responsible for evaluating causes and effects of business problems, analyzing options, and proposing solutions. A high level of integrity and accountability is essential, as well as the ability to work in a team environment and deliver concise updates to various stakeholders.
