About the Role
This role is responsible for developing capable processes and ensuring efficient transfer of product into production. The successful candidate will assess process capabilities, prioritize improvement opportunities, and innovate and implement process improvements on multiple and moderately complex processes.
The ideal candidate will apply technical knowledge to design, develop, and optimize processes, procedures, tooling, and automation.
Responsibilities
This role includes assessing process capabilities, prioritizing improvement opportunities, and implementing process improvements on multiple and moderately complex processes.
The successful candidate will execute functional deliverables associated with project management and quality systems, prepare and present technical data and recommendations at reviews, and ensure proper documentation is completed to meet quality requirements.
The candidate will also oversee development builds associated with projects, develop qualified production lines, and provide Design for Manufacturability input to the engineering print package.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position is required.
A strong understanding of process validations, process transfer, and quality systems is essential. Knowledge of project management, process improvement, and Intellectual Property submissions is also desirable.
