The Bosch Group is a leading provider of Business Process Outsourcing for complex business processes and services. We are seeking an experienced Accountant to lead our General Ledger Accounting team.
Responsibilities
- Lead the General Ledger Accounting team, managing General Accounting (GA) transactions, ensuring compliance with Corporate Policies and IFRS.
- Develop and implement best practices and quality controls to ensure accurate and timely processing of GA transactions.
- Support juniors and experts in low and medium complexity account reconciliations and journal entries.
- Perform high complexity account reconciliations and quality reviews on low and medium complexity tasks.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payments, payment escalations, and triage payment support.
- Develop and analyze metrics for productivity controls and KPI calculation.
- Collaborate on global projects, lead analysis and reporting, and participate in work-plans to meet targets.
Requirements
- Degree in accounting or a related field.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office and ERP Systems (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards).
- Minimum 4/5 years in accounting experience, with expertise in general ledger accounting tasks.
- Experience documenting processes using Visio flowcharts or process maps, and migration experience is a plus.
