Auditing and Compliance Officer

Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services by implementing corrective and preventive action plans and executing quality control procedures.
Responsibilities
- Meeting quality KPI's for all supported functions
- Executing quality control procedures (audits) for supported programs in accordance with the SSC CR Q framework and guidelines
- Creating and following up coaching processes for quality low performers and following up progress in conjunction with Team Lead
- Providing feedback in regular basis to supported agents
- Reporting quality results to QA Supervisors and Ops Staff in regular basis
Requirements
- English proficiency (verbal and written), level B2 or C1
- At least 6 months previous experience as a Supervisor, SME, Backup supervisor or QA Analyst.
- At least 6 months experience in Billing process.
