AR Collections Operations Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled candidate to support our AR operations in North America. As an AR Collections Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, analyzing payment differences, and performing cash clearings. You will also work closely with collectors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth collections processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Analyze deductions and credits notes, including basic analysis of payment differences and cash discount calculations.
2. Provide exceptional customer service through email correspondence, phone calls, and face-to-face interactions.
3. Assist in collections processes, including contacting customers, sending emails using approved templates, and supporting collectors.
4. Apply payments and send basic emails as part of the cash application process.
5. Request and collect information from vendors and internal teams to support collections processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, with 1-2 years of experience.
* Basic to intermediate English language proficiency, with 1-2 years of experience.
