Job Description

This is a full-time position responsible for preparing drink orders for guests according to specified recipes using measuring systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of cocktails, beers, wines, and spirits, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Pour beverages according to established recipes and presentation standards
• Clean and maintain the bar area, including equipment and utensils
• Anticipate and fulfill guest needs, including taking drink orders and serving food and drinks
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
• Assist with closing duties, including counting bank and securing liquor and supplies

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in hospitality or a related field preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in a bartending or mixology role
• Excellent knowledge of cocktails, beers, wines, and spirits
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
