About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mixology Expert to join our team at AC Hotels in San Jose, Costa Rica.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing drink orders for guests according to specified recipes using measuring systems. This role requires attention to detail and excellent communication skills to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare drinks according to recipes and specifications
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Stock supplies and materials as needed
• Process payments and handle cash handling responsibilities
• Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs
• Count bank at end of shift and secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• Experience in mixology or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
