In this role, you will actively work to provide ongoing data analysis, manage projects, and ensure that client orders are processed accurately and punctually per technical specifications.

You will provide technical support, troubleshooting and process execution.

You will collaborate with internal groups to define process requirements for projects, interpret project specifications and utilize the most effective approach to produce the desired results accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:**

  • Manage projects from start to finish.
  • Analyze client data to validate accuracy and determine next steps.
  • Enter or alter program logic to start production process or equivalent actions dependent on computing environment used.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a technical processing environment.
  • Technical Bachelor's degree in progress or complete.
  • Basic programming skills and desire to develop skills within mainframe and open systems environments.
  • SQL and Alteryx skills preferred.
  • Strong PC skills in MS Office.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English.
  • Basic project management skills.
  • Excellent multitasking capabilities.
