About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Knowledge Management Specialist to join our team at Boston Consulting Group. As a key member of our Enterprise & Knowledge (E&K) team, you will play a critical role in improving our knowledge base and supporting the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Curation: Identify, extract, and sanitize meaningful content across various document repositories, and share it with the broader BCG community.
  • Knowledge Gaps Analysis: Work with the Content Manager to identify knowledge gaps on BCG's intranet and fill them with targeted case curation.
  • Content Quality Assurance: Achieve high-quality content with the Content Manager, ensuring knowledge IP is relevant to Practice Areas and searchable on the intranet.
  • Sanitization Services: Provide high-quality work with successful response rates from case teams while meeting high BCG confidentiality standards.
  • Translation Services: Translate documents in Portuguese, Spanish, and English in a meaningful and accurate manner.
  • Excel Data Analysis: Demonstrate proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Presentation Development: Create impactful presentations in PowerPoint to effectively communicate knowledge.
  • Process Improvement: Work in a well-organized, self-starting fashion with good prioritization skills and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a global team.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Adapt to stakeholder requirements with excellent process and planning skills – strong follow-through and accountability essential.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Engage in cross-team projects fostering collaboration and innovation to improve processes and projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: Required – preferably in business, social sciences, or a related research/analysis-intensive field.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of general knowledge/content management and/or research experience (e.g., within a professional services firm, academia, government, etc.).
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English is required.
  • Business Writing Skills: Excellent business writing skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders while working in a global collaborative team environment.
