We are seeking a seasoned production operations manager to oversee the efficient operation of our manufacturing facilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize production schedules to meet product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply goals.
- Plan and administer procedures and budgets to ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Select and develop personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the production function.
- Develop schedules and manpower requirements for assigned areas.
Requirements:
- A High School Diploma AND a minimum 7+ years of manufacturing work experience OR An Associate's Degree AND a minimum 5+ years of manufacturing work experience OR A Bachelor's Degree AND 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Certified Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in a medical device manufacturing environment with knowledge of FDA regulations is highly valued.
