We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Production Excellence to lead our iTero production and engineering team in Costa Rica. This role will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our manufacturing processes, driving quality improvements, and achieving business objectives.
Job Description:
The Senior Manager of Production Excellence will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing process capabilities to support production needs.
- Establishing and monitoring KPIs to measure operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyzing and specifying data management systems to enhance operations.
- Ensuring compliance with safety policies, practices, and procedures.
- Supporting quality objectives and ISO compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 6-10 years of directly related experience in manufacturing operations or a related field.
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing coaching and implementation.
- Project management certification highly desirable.
- Proficiency in English.
