Job Description

Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests with impeccable service skills. Answer questions on menu selections with confidence and knowledge of our offerings. Communicate effectively with the kitchen regarding menu inquiries, wait times, re-cooked orders, and product availability. Maintain cycle time guidelines for all meals, ensuring seamless dining experiences.

Inspect and maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all china, glass, and silverware prior to use. Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of assigned tables, including clearing courses and crumbing properly. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing their service needs.

Collaborate with other employees to ensure optimum service and team efficiency. Assist management in training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating staff members. Adhere to quality expectations and standards, promoting exceptional guest experiences.
