The Planning & Forecasting Manager for US&NA (FP&A Lead) will play a crucial role in shaping our future. This individual will lead the performance of the team supporting USA LOC Finance Team and North America Finance by executing key responsibilities such as:
- Collaborating with US Finance Leadership Team and Hub team members to achieve Forecasting and Planning objectives.
- Developing and maintaining financial models to support detailed monthly forecasts and Plan details.
- Preparing and communicating calendars related to planning and forecasting activities.
- Providing insightful analysis and commentary on forecasts against budgets, prior month forecasts, and actuals vs Budget and Forecast.
- Creating internal management reports for executive leadership and supporting their decision-making.
- Coordinating the Monthly MPR process (presentation preparation and follow-ups).
- Addressing ad-hoc reporting requests from in-market finance teams or the Finance Director.
- Leading a team of 2 direct reports and driving their engagement and development.
