About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Corporate Real Estate Project Coordinator to join our team at JLL. As an experienced professional in corporate real estate project management, you will play a key role in delivering challenging projects and driving client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with clients and core team members to develop and document project plans, ensuring successful project execution and meeting client objectives.
  • Facilitate project tasks and approvals between stakeholders, partners, and team members.
  • Act as a liaison with other client core team members, such as Legal, IT, Finance, and Security.
  • Collaborate with the team and partner with global counterparts to establish and refine best practices/processes and drive consistent project delivery and reporting.
Project Reporting and Documentation
  • Deliver high-quality, accurate, and timely project reporting that meets the needs and expectations of clients and JLL.
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics and benchmark against established targets.
  • Maintain project data and documentation using required tools and technology.
Vendor Coordination
  • Set up new suppliers and onboard them.
  • Prioritize, coordinate, and monitor processing of contracts and purchase orders.
  • Work directly with vendors on contract document revisions.
  • Coordinate with vendors and facility teams to arrange on-site security access.
  • Compile project closeout requirements using required tools and processes to ensure timely completion and comprehensive archives.
Project Accounting
  • Set up projects and maintain updates in client and JLL systems.
  • Support Project Managers with data management.
  • Maintain budget tracking with timely and accurate documentation of commitments and payments.
  • Coordinate comprehensive contract and purchase order activity, including accurate compilation of required data and submission of requests using disparate tools.
  • Review and track invoices through client systems to ensure proper supporting documentation and timely payment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited institution.
  • 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • Tech sector construction and/or corporate real estate project management experience preferred.
