This opportunity is key to Intel's successful scaling of rebate activities in the Americas (AMR) Region. You will be responsible for enhancing close and reporting processes for local original equipment manufacturers and indirect customers.
You will ensure seamless transitions of effective controls on rebate payments and accruals, enabling proper revenue recognition. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing finance rebate skillsets in Costa Rica, with a focus on becoming a regional expert.
- Collaborating on cross-group rebate-related processes, identifying forward-looking alternatives that deliver optimal financial performance.
- Engaging with operations teams to define processes for rebate complexities in new deals and businesses, driving process efficiencies, improving rebate forecasting, and standardizing the rebates process.
As a highly valued member of our finance organization, you will have access to strategic and high-impact work, leveraging your skills in risk management and controls, and effectively articulating complex issues to diverse audiences.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or Finance.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in FPNA, Accounting, Collections, or a related field.
- Advanced English language proficiency in written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in Excel and ability to develop business partnering relationships across different organizational levels and geographical locations.
