Job Description:

Sysco Costa Rica is seeking a highly skilled Chief Technology Delivery Officer to lead global IT projects and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering complex technology projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead global IT projects from initiation to completion.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, development teams, and users to understand project requirements.
  • Develop and implement Oracle EBS Projects and Non-Oracle Projects (Web Applications / Integrations).
  • Utilize Smartsheet to create and manage project schedules, tasks, dependencies, and resource allocations.
  • Maintain project dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide real-time visibility into project status.
  • Analyze and prepare Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
  • Prioritize issues and risks, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a project manager, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technology projects.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
