Msd is seeking a skilled Employee Expense Management Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Business Service Center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries related to employee expense management.
Responsibilities- Resolve employee expense management inquiries and work on account reconciliation
- Reconcile General Ledger Accounts
- Identify and propose process improvements through daily problem resolution
- Assist in communications with internal business customers
- Collaborate with various organizations to resolve process and/or technical issues across multiple ERP systems
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting department of a multinational company
- At least 2 years of experience in GL Analysis and Reconciliation
- Experience using SAP, Concur, and Credit Card providers platforms such as CITI Manager
- Knowledge of the accounting cycle
- Business Level fluency (oral and written) in Spanish and English languages
- Experience working with Case/Ticket Management Software, specifically Service Now
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Intermediate to advance PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience working in an organization providing services across multiple markets or geographies
