At Te Connectivity, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced O2C Process Expert to join our team in Costa Rica. As a key member of our accounting teams, you will play a vital role in developing, implementing, and maintaining accounting systems that meet audit standards and improve efficiency.
- You will be responsible for supporting the migration of O2C processes from countries throughout the Americas to San Jose, Costa Rica.
- You will review client credit limit status and work with internal stakeholders to recommend changes to limits.
- You will act as a senior team member, developing skills and knowledge of junior analysts.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial shared service center supporting multiple countries/business units.
- Diversified Industrial Products/Manufacturing industry experience is preferred.
- Prior experience in O2C functions in a shared services environment.
- Ability to work in culturally diverse teams with many levels of personnel.
