This role will support our Global Business Services (GBS) team in San Jose, Costa Rica, reporting to the Pricing & Invoicing Team lead.
As a Pricing Analyst, you will be responsible for managing all sales pricing-related activities, ensuring accurate and approved invoice pricing, credits, debits, consignment billing, demurrage invoicing, rebates, commissions, and sales close activities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing customer orders for accuracy using Oracle reports and SAP
- Researching and resolving customer invoice disputes through collaboration with credit, customer service, sales, customers, and finance teams
- Reconciling and invoicing month-end billing types under strict deadlines with high accuracy
Required skills and qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Foreign Logistics)
- 2+ years of experience in Pricing/Invoicing, Order Management, Supply Chain, Finance, or Business Analysis
- Strong attention to detail, ability to complete repetitive tasks, and proficiency in English and Spanish
