Job Description
We are seeking a Trilingual Content Compliance Specialist to work with our global team of Policy, Program, Engineering, Legal, and other teams to prevent violating content from appearing on Prime Video. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day Prime Video Trust & Safety Operations through content review and data labeling activities, influencing and executing compliance strategy, gathering and analyzing data to improve the user experience, researching trends and suspicious patterns, participating in content calibrations, reviewing controversial content, and participating in on-call emergency escalation rotation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have a high school degree and bachelor's degree or work experience in investigations, risk, incident or crisis analysis, English proficiency (Read, Write & Speak), third language proficiency (Read, Write & Speak), and any of the following languages: Portuguese, Italian, German, Japanese, Swedish, Dutch. Experience with SQL and spreadsheets is a plus. Ability to critically evaluate and analyze large datasets, self-starter, intellectually curious, and creative individual comfortable operating in ambiguity.
Benefits
