Job Overview: In this key role, you will be responsible for managing a wide variety of spend across multiple facilities categories by executing sourcing and procurement strategies and tactics aligned with Global Corporate Procurement guidelines and policies. You will work closely with the facilities management team to ensure timely fulfillment and best total value of required goods and services to meet business and cost efficiency objectives; maintain service levels, mitigate risks, and drive competitive advantages through effective fair dealing with suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including supplier selection, RFIs, RFPs, and price analysis
- Solve complex issues and drive tactical and strategic initiatives, including negotiation and competitive bidding
- Maintain awareness of industry/marketplace trends and 'Best Practices' and adopt them as necessary for assigned spending pools
- Collaborate effectively with peers and other teams to maintain a proactive supplies and consumables environment
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in International Trade, Business, Procurement/Negotiation, Finance/Economics, or a related field. Three years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain functions. Knowledge of Customs, Logistics, and Free Trade Regimen is beneficial. Proficient in English and Spanish language skills.
