Job Purpose:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated IT Director to lead the Programmatic Solutions team at World Vision International. This role will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our programmatic-related digital products lifecycle, focusing on Salesforce technologies. This role will partner with the programmatic business to enable the measurement and achievement of our Organization's Strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy for Programmatic Solutions, ensuring alignment with World Vision's strategy.

• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of Programmatic Solutions (including Salesforce Technologies), ensuring they meet the needs of the organization's diverse projects and programs.

• Manage the entire digital product lifecycle, from ideation to retirement, including discovery, implementation, and ongoing operations and support.

• Act as a strategic IT partner to the Programmatic-Related business units.

• Develop and implement frameworks and tools within programmatic solutions to measure and report on the impact of World Vision's projects and programs on communities, ensuring data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

• Establish and enforce governance frameworks to ensure that all programmatic solutions comply with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Build, mentor, and manage an international, multi-cultural, multi-timezone, and high-performing team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

• Ensure reliability, security, and scalability of all Programmatic Solutions.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Programmatic and Strategy leaders and Technology teams, to align Technology and Business goals.

• Develop and manage the IT budget for Programmatic Solutions, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.

• Oversee relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring high-quality delivery of services and solutions that support programmatic-related business.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Or equivalent experience.

• 10-15 years of IT and business/industry experience, with at least 5 years in leadership.

• Proven experience in managing Salesforce technologies and implementing large-scale digital solutions (Salesforce Non-Profit).

• Strong experience managing the entire digital product lifecycle, from ideation to implementation and operation.

• Knowledge of Programmatic-Related business, including DME /Grants Management/Impact Measurement.

• Strong strategic planning and business engagement skills.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

• In-depth knowledge of current and emerging technologies, IT governance, and risk management.

• Experience with Agile methodologies and digital transformation initiatives.

• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as necessary.

Working with World Vision:

For positions filled in the United States, the typical salary range for this role is $98,645 to $123,305 USD. Ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, job level, internal equity and budget. Exact salary offers will be determined by factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, experience and geographic location.
