World Vision International is seeking a highly experienced and motivated IT Director to lead the Programmatic Solutions team. This role will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our programmatic-related digital products lifecycle, focusing on Salesforce technologies.

Job Purpose

We are looking for a strategic leader to develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy for Programmatic Solutions, ensuring alignment with World Vision's strategy. The successful candidate will oversee the design, development, and deployment of Programmatic Solutions, including Salesforce Technologies, to meet the needs of our diverse projects and programs.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy for Programmatic Solutions, ensuring alignment with World Vision's strategy.
  2. Technology Management: Oversee the design, development, and deployment of Programmatic Solutions (including Salesforce Technologies), ensuring they meet the needs of the organization's diverse projects and programs.
  3. Digital Product Lifecycle: Manage the entire digital product lifecycle, from ideation to retirement, including discovery, implementation, and ongoing operations and support.
  4. Business Engagement: Act as a strategic IT partner to the Programmatic-Related business units.
  5. Impact Measurement: Develop and implement frameworks and tools within programmatic solutions to measure and report on the impact of World Vision's projects and programs on communities, ensuring data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
  6. Governance and Compliance: Establish and enforce governance frameworks to ensure that all programmatic solutions comply with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  7. Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage an international, multi-cultural, multi-timezone, and high-performing team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  8. Operational Excellence: Ensure reliability, security, and scalability of all Programmatic Solutions.
  9. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Programmatic and Strategy leaders and Technology teams, to align Technology and Business goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10-15 years of IT and business/industry experience, with at least 5 years in leadership.
  • Proven experience in managing Salesforce technologies and implementing large-scale digital solutions (Salesforce Non-Profit).
  • Strong experience managing the entire digital product lifecycle, from ideation to implementation and operation.
  • Knowledge of Programmatic-Related business, including DME /Grants Management/Impact Measurement.
  • Strong strategic planning and business engagement skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of current and emerging technologies, IT governance, and risk management.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and digital transformation initiatives.
Compensation and Benefits
