We are looking for an experienced Global Immigration Case Manager to join our team at Outlier Legal Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the complexities of immigration processes.
The ideal candidate will possess a C1 English level or higher, excellent communication skills, and a minimum of two years of experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. They will also have a strong understanding of administration or law-related concepts and be able to work independently.
About the Role:
- Provide expert guidance and support to clients navigating immigration processes
- Build trust with clients through regular face-to-face meetings and calls
- Coordinate and advise clients on temporary or permanent residency processes
Requirements:
- C1 English level or higher with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Student of administration or law (or similar field)
- Minimum two years of experience in customer service
- Able to work independently and effectively manage time and schedules
- Excellent ability to communicate, understand, and empathize with others
