We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our team at Amzn Support Srvcs Costa Rica. As a key member of the Selling Partner Services (SPS) Training Delivery Team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing high-impact training certification programs for our global network of 200+ Official Trainers.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, with experience in influencing senior leaders and stakeholders across multiple geographies. You will design, create, implement, and manage learning initiatives that upskill our Training Delivery teams to support them in being successful in their roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Certification strategy for all team members of the Training Delivery team.
- Design and implement learning initiatives that upskill Training Delivery teams.
- Influence decision makers to solve for global certification requirements.
- Create a pool of facilitators to deliver certification programs.
- Design and facilitate change management and ensure proper Key Performance Indicators are set and measured.
