Lifecycle Services Certification Administrator

**Responsibilities**:
Include the following but are not limited to:
- Entering/updating data from the local service organizations globally into the certification tracking database in the Global Learning Center (GLC) and the External Global Learning Center (xGLC), including
- Course completion information
- Work requirements
- Issue certificates
- Certify/recertify the local service engineers/specialists
- Assign local service specialists/engineers to requested certification paths/learning plans.
- Create/Run/Update/Publish certification reports
- Update any report documentation
- Assist the local offices with any questions or issues they may have
- Identify when there is an issue with the GLC and the xGLC and escalate as needed
- Access Dell TechDirect to validate completion of required training
- Format new training videos into SCORM format and work with the GLC Team to upload them into the GLC and xGLC
- Modify certification paths / add new certification paths to the GLC and xGLC

**Education and/or Experience**
- Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of experience
**Requirements**:
- MS Office proficiency, specifically with Excel
- Minimum 1-2 years of Data Analyst, Business Intelligence, or equivalent experience in business reporting and analytics
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with Power BI Desktop
- Good verbal and written communication skills (English)
**Other Requirements**
