At 360Training, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Compliance Reporting Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for submitting students' course completion credit hours to regulators, ensuring timely compliance with reporting schedules and SOPs. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage customer issues and maintain relationships with state departments and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run Power Query reports according to the provided schedule and save them online for backup and audit purposes.
  • Submit students' course information to regulators and maintain accurate records.
  • Follow strict guidelines provided by state departments on reporting credits and update reporting process manuals accordingly.
  • Conduct periodic audits of reported course completions to ensure all students are accounted for.
  • Communicate directly with customers to resolve reporting-related issues.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve reporting-related issues and enhance reporting tools.
  • Maintain credit card transaction records and receipts for payments made to regulators.
  • Handle reporting issues independently and escalate according to department SOPs.
  • Develop advanced Excel and Power Query skills on a case-by-case basis.
  • Manage reporting documents and records on a daily basis.
  • Follow the Regulatory Support policy to ensure timely resolutions of escalations.
  • Document reporting processes and changes in the reporting manual.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, providing similar skill sets.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including advanced spreadsheet skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced business environment with adaptability to change.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and speed are essential for project completion.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision when required.
  • Ability to stay calm and perform well under stressful conditions.
  • Ability to meet critical deadlines and follow through with project schedules.
