Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Housekeeping Guest Environment Expert to join our team at the Costa Rica Marriott Hotel Hacienda Belen. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of our hotel rooms and public spaces.

About the Role

As a Housekeeping Guest Environment Expert, you will be empowered to move about your space and take ownership of your work. You will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of hotel rooms and public spaces
  • Ensuring that all areas of the hotel meet Marriott's high standards for quality and cleanliness
  • Delivering exceptional guest service by responding promptly to guest requests and addressing any issues or concerns
  • Working collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless operations

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
  • Familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies
