- Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of hotel rooms and public spaces
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures
What You'll Need: A passion for delivering exceptional customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous housekeeping experience is an asset, but not required.
