We are seeking an experienced Operational Expert to join our team in Costa Rica. As a key member of our Data Quality Assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of metadata for music releases.
**Responsibilities**
- Review incoming product metadata and ensure it meets established guidelines and standards.
- Collaborate with the Ingrooves QC manager to ensure consistent QC standards across languages.
- Identify unique scenarios that require special handling and report them to QC management for review.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in English and Spanish, with strong written and grammar skills.
- Strong language skills, including awareness of nuanced language.
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Ability to analyze situations, break them down, and find creative solutions.
