Role Overview

The Americas Customer Sales Analyst is a key member of the Intel Sales and Marketing organization, responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion across the Americas region.

Main Responsibilities

This role involves anticipating unit demand, aligning supply with customer needs, monitoring sales trends, and managing inventory levels to maximize revenue. The Customer Sales Analyst will work closely with the Business Manager and Customer Business Analysts to execute strategy and drive results.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Contribute to regional unit and revenue forecasts
  • Drive business growth through supply allocations, inventory management, pricing strategies, and customer collaboration
  • Escalate customer issues to Regional Sr. Management and drive resolution

Requirements

  • Advanced working knowledge of Excel
  • Understanding of supply line management, inventory management processes, market analysis, and operations
  • Advanced English language skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business or supply chain operation concentrations
  • Preferred qualifications: understanding/experience with PowerBI and familiarity with Intel Architecture products and distributors

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model, allowing employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
