VMware is seeking a talented individual to join the Global Pricing & Operations team focusing on VMware Pricing and Monetization business. Our team's charter is to establish and deliver scalable, analytically rigorous, and sustainable pricing and licensing practices that will maximize revenue and enable VMware to efficiently grow its business.
The Pricing operations team is a key contributor to this charter responsible for defining and operationalizing pricing decisions for launch of new products and services. You will lead a team of Business Analysts who act as Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to deliver the best experience to internal stakeholders and end customers in partnership with cross-functional Teams.
You are a dynamic self-motivated and driven individual with a SaaS mindset who likes to solve fast-paced business challenges and drive transformational change. You will enjoy the opportunity to work with the best in the industry to deliver intuitive and scalable solutions with a customer-first approach to enable best-in-class operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Business analysts, setting objectives and reviewing performances, providing guidance, support, and ensuring alignment to team and broader organization goals.
