We are seeking a talented professional to join our team and contribute to the development of high-quality reports and analytics. As a Reporting Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and provide timely and accurate insights to stakeholders.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have an advanced degree in a relevant field such as Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or Industrial Engineering. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
You will also need to have hands-on experience with various software tools including MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), SAP, banking portals, and other ERP systems. Familiarity with Automation Technology: Power BI, SAP and preferred automation anywhere, Vizio, Illustrator, Photoshop, or other programs will be beneficial.
An existing network of industry contacts is not essential; however, your potential to build relationships with peers, managers, and senior executives across various levels will be valued in this position. You should be proficient in communicating complex ideas in simple terms and utilizing persuasion techniques to influence stakeholder decisions. Most importantly, you must be driven by a desire to learn and improve continually, thriving in an environment where no two days are ever alike. And last but certainly not least, an Intermediate level understanding of Advanced Excel functions is imperative for success in this position.
