The Citi Global Sourcing Analyst 2 plays a pivotal role in supporting the Personal Banking Wealth Management Group (PBWM) on various strategic sourcing initiatives and projects.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage a large workload of projects/contracts, working closely with Business Stakeholders, internal colleagues, and external Suppliers to create or renew agreements.
- Review, understand, and negotiate key contractual points such as termination for convenience rights, fees, payment terms, Supplier billing terms, legal entity names, and addresses.
- Demonstrate knowledge of Third-Party Management and Compliance procedures, utilizing TP-RAP and Due Diligence Tools, as well as GEP, CASP, and P2P systems.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Participate in the Sourcing process for various products and services, collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute sourcing strategies, supplier management strategies, and contract negotiations.
- Assist in implementing 'Value Add' initiatives, such as savings opportunities and process improvements, through creating and supporting Request for Proposals (RFP's), Requests for Information (RFI's), and Requests for Quotes (RFQ's).
- Coordinate bid package preparation and analysis, as well as eAuction events, working closely with varied units including expense managers, reengineering teams/vendor managers, expense policy compliance, and reporting.
Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in supply chain management, procurement management, and strategic sourcing.
- Experience working with large amounts of data for reporting purposes.
- Working knowledge of industry practice and standards.
