The CSX BI & Cadence Program Manager will partner with internal CSX functional leaders to enable and support consistent, cohesive, and appropriate focus on team and individual functional performance metrics across the entire CSX organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner cross-functionally across all CSX functions to understand and ensure functional leaders and BI representatives identify key individual and team performance metrics. Ensure Management by Objectives (MBOs) are defined, tracked, and data made available to applicable management levels. Document MBO metric review cadence and their data sources. CSX POC for Fiscal Year MBO compensation planning. Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for technical BI teams. Analyze operational results and provide recommendations for improvements. Assist with CS (Customer Success) resource capacity planning. Monitor Global services bookings forecast, attach rates, and renewal rates. Support any ad-hoc data needs.

Qualifications/Desired Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred. 8 or more years of demonstrated ability in Customer Success/Services in an Enterprise Software and/or Cloud-based Services company. Services or Sales operational experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret large data sets and identify patterns or trends. Experience with data modeling and data presentation. Professionalism, positivity, and strong work ethic with a high level of integrity and collaboration. Must have experience developing pivot tables within Excel or Google Sheets. Experience with Tableau and/or Salesforce is highly desirable. Tools Familiarity: Snowflake, Gainsight, Jira, Excel, Google Sheets.

Base Pay Range:

CRC 28,000,000.00 - 38,500,000.00 per year
