Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Advanced English language proficiency, both written and verbal.
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service or contact center roles, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Permanent, unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with HR tools such as Workday Service Now SQL.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
